Kids can enjoy a small petting area and face-painting. Parking is limited—please consider walking over or car-sharing with neighbours.

At last week’s annual Community Excellence session, the Guam Congress presented Apusento with the 2025 Property Management Merit Award. The citation highlighted our transparent budgeting, prompt maintenance response times, and resident engagement programmes. A copy of the certificate is available at the office; thanks to everyone whose feedback and participation helped us reach this milestone.

Information:
Routine inspection and safety calibration will take Lift 1 (south wing) out of service during the hours noted above. Lift 2 will operate normally, though short waits are possible. If you need assistance moving heavy items during the outage, please contact the front desk by Monday at 5 p.m., and we’ll arrange support.
