This is a friendly reminder that Guam will be placed under
Condition of Readiness (COR) 2

effective today at 5:00 PM.

We kindly ask all residents to take this time to continue to secure your homes and remove any loose items from patios/balconies, or common areas that may become hazardous during the storm.

Please see the following updates:

• Elevators:
The elevator will be raised at the appropriate time. Should the typhoon make landfall, OTIS will be contacted to schedule a service inspection. Elevator rooms have already been sandbagged as a precaution.

• Pool Area:
The pool has been secured and is now closed until further notice.

• Security:
Security personnel will remain on the property until further notice.

• Updates & Communication:
Residents may access updates through the HOA website: https://www.apusento.com/

• Reporting & Post Storm Assessment:
Any incidents or damage reports may be directed to the HOA Property Manager or Resident Manager. As soon as the island returns to COR 4, Property Management will conduct a full walkthrough of the community. Residents are encouraged to document any damages by taking photos and submitting them to management for review.
